This course will cover the basics of ecology, ecosystem diversity and the forces of change, how human interference affects the biodiversity and sustainable development focusing on resources in the areas that communities have access to.

This course will introduce the students to the systematic and ethical policies for gathering, analyzing, and managing information that can affect an organization’s plans, decision and operations. Students will learn to apply the methods and techniques learned to help in the organizational decision making process.

This course will cover different leadership theories and practices. The students will learn how to lead a team by influencing and motivating in order to achieve the set goals of the organization.

This course will cover the concepts and theory of project management. It will provide the students with the tools and knowledge to develop and manage a project, understanding how to apply the concepts from beginning to end.
